Job summary

Rivet Operations Company is seeking a Principal Software Developer to design, build, and sustain applications and data services at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina. Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Extensive software design and development experience.
• Experience with RMF, DoD security processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and provide helpdesk support for ALD software.
• Develop and maintain supply warehouse automation software, and design and maintain ALD web pages and applications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive help files for all developed software and apply knowledge of multiple coding languages.
• Produce static code reviews and participate in the RMF process for all developed software.
• Analyze and identify root causes of technical issues, triage them, and provide timely workarounds and solutions.
• Provide training to ALD staff on office productivity software and daily end-user support for all developed applications.
• Enforce secure system foundations in support of the RMF, by translating compliance frameworks into technical requirements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and how they apply to DoD operational security (OPSEC) policy.
