Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is hiring a Senior QA Engineer to lead the QA for an AI-driven platform, owning testing, automation, and environments.

You will work with engineers to implement an AI-based QA process and ensure quality across releases, with hands-on responsibilities and startup-like ownership. You will contribute to test automation for Falcon and collaborate on testing APIs, databases, and platforms, while communicating clearly across teams and with customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on QA with strong automation focus
• Experience writing automated test suites (sanity, boundary, concurrency)
• Programming experience in Python, TypeScript or Java
• Unix/Linux CLI proficiency for logs and debugging
• SQL for data validation and querying
• Hands-on API testing with Postman or REST Assured
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Unrestricted right to work in the United States ( sponsorship not provided)

Responsibilities

• Implement the AI-based QA process for Falcon with engineers and operations
• Own platform test automation and maintain automated test cases
• Support releases with process and documentation to ensure smooth deployments
• Maintain test environments and integrations for Falcon
