Qualifications

• Eight+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong background in business operations, tech trends, and financial services industry knowledge.
• Hands-on with layered system architectures and modern frameworks.
• Experience with testing, DevOps, and SecOps in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and integrate fullstack solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js, and/or Java.
• Build and execute AI-driven workflows.
• Drive Micro Frontend strategy and onboarding of React apps into the Bridgeway MFE platform.
• Maintain end-to-end data quality and proactively identify risks across complex systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, security, and data teams to improve reliability and customer experience.
• Establish engineering best practices and mentor engineers across teams.
