Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking a principal software engineer to shape mission-critical systems within our Workflow & Automation squad. You’ll lead a team, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across a hybrid work model with two days in-office weekly and five tech hubs nationwide.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, security, and data teams to ensure reliability, performance, and a superior customer experience while advancing our Bridgeway micro frontend platform

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of software engineering experience.
