Qualifications

• Eight or more years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on with layered systems architectures and modern frameworks.
• Experience in agile environments and DevOps/SecOps.
• Understanding of data flows and API design for microservices.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js, and Java.
• Drive AI-driven workflows and the Micro Frontend strategy for rapid app onboarding.
• Collaborate across product, design, platform, security, and data teams to improve reliability and customer experience.
• Establish engineering best practices and mentor engineers to improve quality and performance.
• Lead high-impact technical initiatives and optimize data, security, and observability practices.
