- 4+ years with agentic/AI-assisted development tools and enterprise standards.
Responsibilities
- Set multi-year technical vision for agentic software engineering across the enterprise.
- Serve as final technical authority on architecture and engineering decisions.
- Represent Bio-Rad's engineering in external forums and executive discussions.
- Drive enterprise-wide technical strategy spanning multiple units and domains.
- Mentor Sr. Staff engineers and contribute to leadership development.
