• Must have 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in full-stack development and system architecture.
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON.
• Strong database design and data modeling with SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Solid knowledge of software design principles, testing frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methods.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, architecture design, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Must-Have Skills
