AT&T is seeking a Principal Software Delivery Proj/Prog Manager in Dallas, TX. You will drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, align business and technology objectives, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic outcomes.

You will design processes, deploy Agile tools, and ensure compliance and financial integrity across IT initiatives. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and technical program management within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business.
• 7+ years of related experience in software delivery or program management.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and implement processes and process improvements within the technical organization.
• Deploy tools and implement Agile methodology.
• Create and manage compliance policies, standards, and processes; manage audit and compliance reviews.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis, prepare and review business cases, and manage IT project management.
• Develop and maintain metrics, scorecards, and performance analyses; identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate infrastructure programs and manage roadmaps; create communications for technical organizations.
