Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Principal Software Delivery Project/Program Manager in Dallas, Texas. The role requires office presence at least five days per week with no relocation offered.

You will lead end-to-end IT projects through the SDLC, coordinating across regions and functions to align with client goals and business strategy. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, dependency management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, risk and budget control, and ensuring quality and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; 7+ years of related experience; Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage detailed project plans and dependencies across SDLC.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to align outcomes with goals and budgets.
• Direct project teams, assign tasks, and ensure collaboration and communication.
• Identify risks, manage budget, track expenditures and ensure fiscal constraints.
• Ensure quality standards and maintain documentation throughout the SDLC.
