GlobalFoundries Fab 8 is seeking an experienced professional to support the 300mm semiconductor process integration team. The role owns process integration from development to production with a focus on delivering advanced technology for mass production.

You will demonstrate an understanding of diverse processes and work toward quality, cost, and delivery goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record and strong project management skills to manage schedules and scope while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Masters or PhD in Electrical Eng, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years industry experience in process integration.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering mass production tech.
• Strong project management skills for schedules, scope and cost.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• SiPh process development in various technologies including RF, FINFET technologies, FDSOI, and eNVM.
• Collaborating with process module & packaging team in driving process solutions.
• Working with TD & BU to oversee the scope of projects and ensure that all technical needs are catered to.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
