Job summary

Celestica Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Signal Integrity Engineer to design and build market leading hardware platform solutions from a remote US location.

You will serve as the subject matter expert for digital PCB signal integrity, overseeing simulations, lab verification, and troubleshooting across dispersed teams. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 12+ years experience in high-speed signal delivery design and evaluation, including board-to-board and interconnects.
• Strong expertise in PCB signal integrity, impedance control, and high-speed interconnects.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop next generation technologies for Networking, server and storage products.
• Lead and mentor teams; act as technical consultant for signal integrity.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers on roadmaps and support.
• Perform lab verification and design reviews for SI of critical PCBs.
• Develop test fixtures and measurement strategies (TDR, VNA).
