Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Principal Signal Integrity Engineer to lead planning of digital PCB designs, simulations, lab verification, and troubleshooting signal integrity issues on complex boards.

You will drive design reviews for critical PCBs, collaborate with dispersed teams worldwide, and apply expertise in high-speed signaling up to 50Gbps, TDR/VNA measurements, and Lab testing to ensure robust performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 12+ years in high-speed signaling and SI.
• Strong ability to lead, mentor and direct a workgroup on complex PCB designs.
• Experience with digital interfaces, SERDES, and signal integrity troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop next generation technologies for Networking, server and storage products.
• Lead design reviews for critical PCBs focusing on signal integrity and timing.
• Perform simulations, lab verification, and troubleshooting of SI issues.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and engage with customers on roadmaps.
• Develop test fixtures and interpret data-eye diagrams up to 50Gbps.
