Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in signal integrity, power integrity, PCB design, and high-speed system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive SI/PI strategy, design standards, and engineering best practices across storage hardware platforms.
• Lead SI/PI architecture for next-generation storage systems from concept through production.
• Provide technical leadership for high-speed interfaces and SerDes technologies.
• Establish company-wide SI/PI design guidelines, PCB stackups, routing, and validation approaches.
• Lead cross-functional technical reviews and drive resolution of complex SI/PI challenges across products.
• Develop advanced simulation methodologies and automation to improve engineering productivity and design quality.
• Drive SI technology readiness for future storage products and emerging architectures.
• Lead root-cause investigations for field, validation, and manufacturing SI/PI issues.
• Collaborate with PCB, mechanical, thermal, and system architects to optimize electrical performance.
• Mentor engineers across sites and develop SI expertise within the organization.
• Serve as final escalation point for critical SI/PI technical decisions.
