Position: Principal/Senior Environmental Engineer (Hybrid)

Location: Irvine, California (with options in Seattle/Bellevue, Washington)

Headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, with multiple offices across the West Coast.

Role Overview: We seek a motivated Principal or Senior Environmental/Remediation Engineer to join our team, supporting various environmental projects. The role involves collaboration, technical expertise, and client service, with opportunities for career growth and flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Support projects related to contaminated site investigation, remediation, environmental due diligence, and regulatory coordination.
• Work with technical teams to ensure project quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's or Master's in environmental engineering.
• Licensed in California.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including site investigations and remediation system design and operation.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and knowledge of environmental regulations (CEQA, RCRA, CERCLA).
• Permitting experience (NPDES, KCIW).
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in proposal and report writing.
• CADD and engineering design experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Regulatory communication experience.
• Familiarity with GIS, laboratory procedures, and specific remediation technologies.

Compensation: $120,000 – $155,000 for Senior level; up to $200,000 for Principal level, based on experience and qualifications.
