Crux, Inc. seeks a seasoned security engineer to architect and implement security controls for its AI infrastructure platform. You will own security design from hardware root of trust to tenant boundaries, working with partner teams to ensure compliance and resilience.

This role emphasizes hands-on design and implementation, threat modeling, and automated detection, with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule and tight collaboration with the CTPO organization.

Formación

• 12+ years in security engineering, focused on infrastructure, cloud, or platform security at scale.
• Hands-on experience securing bare metal and data center infrastructure, including hardware root of trust, TPMs, secure boot, BMC hardening.
• Track record designing multi-tenant isolation and IAM architectures for cloud or hyperscale platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define the security architecture of record across the stack, hardware through customer access.
• Build tenant isolation and attestations for secure provisioning and wipe between tenants.
• Secure the hardware supply chain and boot path with partners and suppliers.
• Design protection for customer model weights and data at rest, in transit, and in use.
• Coordinate with Data Center Engineering to align physical and network security at each site.
• Establish threat modeling, design reviews, detection, and incident response, scalable across fleet.
• Translate FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and sovereign data residency requirements into concrete controls and evidence.
