Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD with 2+ years scientific experience or MS with 5+ years in science
• Bachelor’s with 7+ years of scientific experience
• Preferred: doctoral degree with 4+ years in pharma and oligonucleotide process development

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary project team to develop sustainable and cost-effective oligonucleotide manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand production capacity and improve yield
• Drive technology innovation and transfer to GMP production facilities
• Support cGMP manufacturing and technology transfer to CMOs
• Ensure process performance via understanding, modeling and characterization
• Guide timely delivery of project milestones and regulatory documents
• Serve as a technical expert and mentor colleagues in bioconjugate manufacturing

Education

Doctorate degree PhD OR PharmD OR MD [and relevant post-doc where applicable]

Master’s degree and 5 years of Scientific experience

Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of Scientific experience
