Drug Hunter is seeking a Principal Scientist to join its science team. You will act as a scientific authority, lead end-to-end projects, and define scope and deliverables while elevating the capabilities of others. Externally, you will credibly present Drug Hunter’s scientific strengths to expert audiences.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to shape plans and roadmaps, mentor early-career scientists, and manage projects with accountability for output.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. degree in a relevant scientific area.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Typically 6+ years of post-Ph.D./postdoctoral experience, ideally in relevant industry settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific projects end to end with minimal direction.
• Define scope, scientific requirements, and deliverables.
• Represent Drug Hunter's scientific strengths to expert audiences externally.
• Mentor and develop junior scientists and contribute to hiring and performance.
