You will represent Drug Hunter's scientific strengths to expert audiences, driving collaboration and ensuring accuracy in all deliverables. The position combines leadership with deep scientific expertise.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. degree in a relevant scientific area.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Typically 6+ years of post-Ph.D./postdoctoral experience, ideally in relevant industry settings.

Responsibilities

• Actively develops scientists and contributors through review, feedback, and example.
• Leads projects staffed with other scientists, sets direction and accountability for team output.
• Manages 1-2 direct reports and oversees hiring, development plans, feedback, and workload.
