Job summary

American Engineering Testing Inc is seeking a Principal Scientist in Saint Paul, MN. The role focuses on environmental compliance, construction oversight, and development of the department’s technical capabilities.

You will participate in marketing, client relations, and leadership across major projects. The candidate should have deep expertise in environmental services, strong communication and leadership, and the ability to drive growth for the firm while maintaining compliance and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Hydrogeology with 15–20 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 20+ years experience.
• Strong ability to develop creative solutions to environmental problems and to grow client relationships.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to present to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Secure and oversee environmental services and construction oversight projects.
• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and policies.
• Lead large proposals and marketing efforts to meet department goals.
• Provide senior review and guidance on project work and maintain client relationships.
