Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in behavioral or social sciences with at least 24 semester hours.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience with 24 semester hours.
• Four years of relevant experience in behavioral or social sciences.

Responsibilities

• Program Administration: execute SAPR policy at state level and advise state leadership on SAPR matters.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate SAPR activities at the state level; align with policies and priorities.
• Provide trauma-informed guidance and manage a 24/7 victim response capability within the area of responsibility.
• Create and update SAPR SOPs to ensure compliance with DoD and service policy.
• Co-chair CMGs and oversee High-Risk Response Teams to ensure victim safety and proper referrals.
• Serve as the single point of contact for state command notifications regarding sexual assault reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve SAPR response and No Wrong Door policy.
• Supervise National Guard SARCs and SAPR VAs within the state and evaluate performance.
• Define objectives and direct the work of SAPR personnel; address performance issues as needed.
• Manage staff training requirements and certifications for SAPR personnel.

Education
