Job summary

• Proficiency in curriculum design and adult learning.

Responsibilities

• Create and update SAPR curricula and training materials per DoD directives.
• Design and facilitate SAPR Joint Initial Training events.
• Direct and approve training logistics across the team.
• Conduct After-Action Reports and use feedback for improvement.
• Track training participation and certifications like D-SAACP.
• Supervise a team of five Training Specialists.
• Serve as on-site lead and primary customer liaison.
• Coordinate with leadership and government points of contact.
• Lead After-Action Reviews and implement improvements.
