Job summary

The incumbent serves as the program manager of sexual assault and sexual harassment victim services, oversees implementation/execution of the program, and ensures victim services are provided through a coordinated response.

You will maintain case management from report to closure, coordinate with DoD SAPR policies, and train VA staff, commanders, and installation personnel.

The role requires security clearance and travel up to 25% to support DoD SAPR operations across installations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DoD SAPR policies and ability to interpret them.
• Experience with victim advocacy and crisis intervention.
• Ability to work with military and civilian personnel to coordinate services.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAPR victim services program and ensure coordinated response.
• Provide case management from report to closure for sexual assault cases.
• Train commands and SAPR Victim Advocates using CNIC curriculum.
• Coordinate with installation leadership and external agencies to support victims.
