Job summary

Qualifications

• Led robotics or robot-learning efforts from problem to deployment.
• Experience training, deploying, and evaluating learned policies on physical robots.
• Strong background in machine learning, optimization, and decision-making.
• Hands-on software development and experimentation with robotics systems.
• Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions through reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and architecture across data, simulation, training, policy inference, and controls.
• Develop and evaluate RL, BC, or imitation-learning approaches for robot platforms.
• Build and improve data collection, dataset curation, and reproducible training pipelines.
• Transfer learned policies to real machines, addressing deployment constraints.
• Mentor engineers, resolve blockers, and drive reliable machine behavior.
