Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Risk Management, Project Management, Process Management, Compliance, or Audit.
• At least 3 years of experience working with business and risk teams to drive cross-functional operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Oversight: ensure processes comply with new regulatory laws like Dodd-Frank Section 1071.
• GenAI Governance: partner with GenAI Director for governance across BC&P.
• LAUNCH Initiative: monitor and manage change initiatives for BC&P efficiency.
