Job summary

Vasion, Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join FP&A and serve as the analytical backbone of the revenue engine. This high-visibility role interfaces with Sales, RevOps, and GTM leadership to ground forecasts in pipeline realities and to defend the assumptions behind plans.

You will own the revenue planning cycle, rolling forecasts, and executive narratives for quarterly reviews and board reporting. You will understand the full path from top-of-funnel to GAAP revenue, including how

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, revenue operations, or related analytical finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to defend forecast models.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets experience.
• Solid knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC payback, LTV).
• Ability to read contract terms and their financial implications.
• Fluent in explaining the revenue funnel end to end to non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own sales and revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC payback, logo retention).
• Define defensible metric methodology across Finance, Sales, and the board.
• Build executive dashboards and KPI reports aligned to targets.
