Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Houston is seeking a Product Line Manager for their ESP Completions portfolio. This role involves end-to-end ownership of key Artificial Lift product lines, ensuring commercial success and lifecycle execution. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include product strategy, new product introductions, and cross-functional execution. The position is hybrid, requiring some travel to facilities and field locations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Offshore Artificial Lift engineering, operations, manufacturing, or product leadership.
  • Proven success launching oilfield technologies to commercial scale.
  • Strong understanding of ESP systems and downhole completion tools.

This is a true Product Line Owner with accountability for commercial success, margin performance, field reliability, and full lifecycle execution.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related discipline)
