We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Recruiter with deep expertise in identifying, engaging, and hiring highly specialized semiconductor and silicon engineering talent. This is an individual-contributor and subject-matter-expert role requiring strong knowledge of the semiconductor talent ecosystem, skill taxonomy, and research-led sourcing.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on semiconductor recruiting experience and the ability to effectively recruit niche talent across silicon design, verification, physical design, semiconductor manufacturing, embedded systems, and related engineering disciplines.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with significant hands-on experience hiring semiconductor and silicon engineering talent. Deep semiconductor domain recruiting expertise, with demonstrated hiring experience across areas such as: ASIC/SoC Design, RTL Design, Design Verification, UVM/SystemVerilog, Physical Design / Place & Route, Static Timing Analysis, DFT, Analog/Mixed-Signal & RF, FPGA, Embedded/Firmware Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Process and Product Engineering, Packaging and Validation
• Strong understanding of semiconductor skill adjacencies, technical terminology, engineering profiles, and talent pools
• Proven ability to recruit highly specialized, scarce and hard-to-find semiconductor talent, Advanced research and sourcing capabilities with demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive technical candidates
• Strong ability to assess candidate relevance against complex requirements before presenting profiles to hiring teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders and hiring managers
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex and business-critical technical requisitions
• Experience building semiconductor talent maps by skill, company, location, seniority and technology specialization
• Experience using ATS, CRM, research and advanced sourcing platforms
• Understanding of major semiconductor talent markets and engineering hubs
• Experience supporting high-volume programs as well as highly niche, specialist and senior technical hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting and research-based sourcing for semiconductor and silicon engineering skills
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for highly specialized semiconductor roles across design, verification, physical design, embedded, manufacturing, validation and related disciplines
• Build detailed talent maps and pipelines for critical semiconductor skill areas and future hiring demand
• Conduct deep market research to identify relevant engineers across semiconductor product companies, design centers, engineering services firms and adjacent talent pools
• Develop a strong understanding of each requirement including technical skills, tools, technologies, domain experience and skill adjacencies
• Conduct detailed candidate research, qualification, outreach and engagement before presenting candidates to hiring teams
• Build and continuously nurture passive semiconductor talent communities for recurring and difficult-to-fill skills
• Maintain strong knowledge of the semiconductor talent landscape, skill availability, competitor talent pools and emerging skill requirements
• Provide hiring teams with talent-market insights to help shape sourcing strategy and realistic candidate profiles
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Continuously improve sourcing methodologies, search strings, talent mapping and recruiting effectiveness for semiconductor hiring
