Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced RF/RAN engineer to lead network performance initiatives and strategic RF design. You will analyze RAN data, optimize capacity, and guide cross-functional teams through complex deployments across wireless systems.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of related experience in RF/RAN engineering and network performance.
  • Expertise in RF engineering and Radio Access Network design.
  • Ability to lead high-impact projects and mentor others.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of related experience in the area of professional responsibility
  • Expertise in radio frequency (RF) engineering
  • Expertise in Radio Access Network (RAN) design engineering

  • Ability to solve complex engineering problems and drive organizational results
  • Ability to lead critical, high-impact projects
  • Ability to design and implement innovative business strategies
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight
  • Ability to consult senior leadership and influence executive decisions
  • Ability to mentor others and assist with challenging issues
  • Certification may be required in some areas
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in a Technical or Engineering concentration or equivalent experience preferred
