RTX is seeking a Principal Hardware Integration, Analysis & Test Engineer in Massachusetts to join the REPA team. You will perform hardware, software, and firmware verification across radar bands, diagnose complex issues, and build data analysis tools, including AI/ML aids.

Role is 100% on-site in Tewksbury or Marlborough with occasional travel to Andover and Pelham; U.S. citizenship and DoD Secret clearance required or ability to obtain interim clearance; 8+ years in radar integration and

Qualificações

• Requires degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• 8+ years of relevant experience in radar integration, verification, or validation.
• Experience with MATLAB or C/C++ programming.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Interim Secret U.S. government clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Receiver/Exciter hardware, software, and firmware tests across radar bands and programs.
• Resolve complex issues in design, integration, and test of Radar subsystems.
• Develop data analysis tools; explore AI/ML to automate heavy lifting.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software and systems engineers.
• Hands-on hardware test and troubleshooting; interface with program teams.
