Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• PhD and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex engineering projects on time.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to resolve challenging engineering problems and ensure the quality and reliability of products.
• Mentor and coach lower-level engineers, helping them develop skills and grow in their roles.
• Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with other departments to align engineering efforts with overall business objectives.
• Ensure all engineering activities adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct detailed process simulations and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Implement process control strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce variability.
• Conduct safety assessments and ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Create presentations and present to customers and at industry forums.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of safety protocols and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of design, optimization, and project activities.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to address compliance requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
