Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field with 2+ years of chemical manufacturing experience or
• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline or
• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform product and process characterization.
• Maintain accurate records of data, procedures, experiments, tests, and findings.
• Analyze data to ensure continuous improvement in products, processes, and systems.
• Lead process improvement projects from conception to implementation to enhance efficiency, quality and yield.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
• Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot process issues, and propose solutions.
