Job summary

Brewer Science, Inc. seeks a Principal Applications Engineer (I–III) to lead cross-functional engineering programs in Rolla, MO. You will guide complex projects, mentor peers, and ensure competition-ready processes while aligning with safety and quality standards.

The role requires broad engineering expertise, hands-on leadership, and the ability to drive innovations in lithography and packaging. This is a full-time, on-site position with a pathway to higher levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience or
• Master's in engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience or PhD with 6+ years of experience
• Experience with photo lithography or advanced semiconductor packaging preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve challenging problems and ensure product quality and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.
• Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to address compliance and safety requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to customers and stakeholders.
