Qualifications

• BS/BA in MIS, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in software quality engineering with emphasis on test automation.
• 3+ years in senior/lead/principal role for automation strategy & architecture.
• Strong OO programming in Java, C#, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead scalable automated test frameworks across product lines.
• Define and drive test automation strategy and roadmaps.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD with quality gates and metrics.
• Mentor quality engineers and developers on testing best practices.
• Collaborate on design reviews and technical decision-making.
• Develop test data strategies and tooling for third-party integrations.
