We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to support the quality launch of our new facility. As a Principal Quality Engineer you will cross-functionally with Materials, Operations, Safety, and Engineering to improve quality and efficiency of our product with an emphasis on eliminating process waste. The use of structured quality improvement tools is required. The Principal Quality Engineer will design new processes and re-engineer existing processes to produce outcomes that meet safety, quality, and business expectations. Process flow diagrams and cycle-time analysis will be required for process improvement projects to substantiate ROIC. Examples of process improvement projects include inventory accuracy, production throughput, and plant flow.

Pay Range:
$82,000.00 - $132,800.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
