GliaCell Technologies is seeking a Principal Software Engineer for a full-time, onsite role in Laurel, MD. The candidate will support a U.S. Government customer, delivering compliant analytics and ML/AI solutions on critical mission software.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Professional/Education: 20 years experience and a BS, or 4 additional years in place of BS.
• Works well independently as well as on a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and prototype analytics and tools for compliance and business processing.
• Develop new methods to automate compliance functions and improve existing methods.
• Investigate, integrate, and test ML/AI algorithms in the RD environment.
• Develop models and implement metrics and monitoring for tools, functions, and data flows.
