Cella by Randstad Digital in Duluth, GA seeks an experienced Senior Proposals Leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, high-value bids within the infrastructure technology sector. You will mentor a growing team, shape winning themes, and collaborate across legal, product, and sales to drive business growth.

The role demands 10+ years leading cross-functional proposal teams, expert-level writing and storytelling, and strong executive communication. APMP/PMP certification is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional proposal teams on complex, high-value bids.
• Expert-level proposal writing, editing, storytelling, and executive-level communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive strategic thinking, risk analysis, and cross-functional leadership without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, submission, and review of complex, high-value sales proposals, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, product, and sales to develop competitive win themes and differentiate the brand.
• Own the entire proposal lifecycle from initial receipt through delivery, ensuring strict compliance and quality control.
• Facilitate red and gold team reviews while driving ongoing communication around strategy, milestones, and deadlines.
• Manage the approved content database and implement continuous improvements to proposal tools and automation.
• Mentor proposal team members and lead presentation coordination for crucial business pursuits.
