Job summary

RTX is seeking a Property Asset Management professional to ensure FAR compliance, manage property records, and coordinate with government customers. The role requires experience with ERP systems and property management tools, and will involve documenting investigations, facilitating interviews, and leading internal/external project meetings.

The position is onsite at multiple locations in Tucson, AZ and Massachusetts (Andover, Tewksbury).

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years preferred.

What You Will Do

• Understand and apply internal policies and external requirements, specifically Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
• Analyze property records and supporting documents.
• Frequent interface with internal and external customers on property issues, processes, and systems.
• Coordinate with and interview key personnel.
• Apply technical writing/editing techniques to accurately document investigation details.
• Gather key support documentation per Customer requirements.
• Submit loss cases and track progress.
• Work with the Government/Customer on investigation follow-up questions.
• Update the system of record at multiple stages.
• Consistently capture audit-ready documentation.
• Work independently to resolve problems of moderate complexity by interpreting policies and procedures and by developing solutions of moderate scope and impact.
• Lead projects and meetings with internal and external customers.
• Maintain and organize digital documentation throughout investigation stages.
• This position will be onsite at one of the following locations: Tucson, AZ, Andover, MA, Tewksbury, MA.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years experience.
• Experience with Government Property Asset Management, Property, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with ERP software, Property systems (i.e. SPS), and/or PIEE.
• Experience with FARS and DFARS.

Qualifications We Prefer

• National Property Management Association, CPPS certification or able to obtain certification within two years of employment.
