Job summary

The City of Saint Paul Housing division is seeking a senior finance professional to support multifamily housing development and preservation. You will oversee expert-level financing for projects from concept through completion, working closely with developers, lenders and city staff to structure transactions, manage risk, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Strong collaboration across departments and knowledge of federal, state and local housing programs is essential.
