Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Principal-level Scheduler for our Engineering and Construction Division in Boulder City, NV. You will create, baseline, and maintain integrated P6 schedules, aligning project timelines with milestones across development, engineering, construction, and closeout phases.

You will lead scheduling personnel, coordinate with Project Originators, Developers, and Construction Managers, and deliver monthly progress narratives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Safety is a non-negotiable priority.

Responsibilities

• Create, baseline, and maintain integrated P6 schedules.
• Lead scheduling personnel and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Issue monthly progress narratives and metrics comparing baselines to actuals.
• Conduct CPM analyses and develop recovery/mitigation plans.
• Provide leadership-level status, variances, and risks reporting.
• Support the full project lifecycle through turnover and closeout.
