Job summary

Convera seeks a Principal Program Manager – Operations Management to own critical issues across Operations, Product & Tech. Hybrid London or Remote UK. You will lead escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive leadership actions to resolve incidents and improve service reliability.

You will shape governance, reporting, and operating rhythms to scale the organization, reduce risk, and enhance executive decision-making with clear ownership and timelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in program management, operations, payments, fintech, or related disciplines.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including risk management and regulatory considerations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical escalations and high-impact incidents, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving resolution.
• Drive executive action management and organizational accountability with clear actions, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct root-cause investigations and corrective action programs to prevent recurrence.
• Lead special initiatives and complex cross-functional efforts to address high-priority business, operational, technology, and regulatory challenges.
• Establish operational visibility and performance management, including defect tracking, risk identification, and executive-level insights.
