Job summary

Farmers National Company is seeking a Principal Product Owner to own roadmaps across Dynamics 365, Client Portal, JDE, Power Platform, and more. You will partner with Land, Energy, and Accounting teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive operational efficiency.

You'll lead with a clear product vision, manage backlogs, and align stakeholders to maximize business value across core platforms and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale technology projects and supporting operational business initiatives.
• Demonstrated success driving product strategy and delivering impactful business solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and product management best practices.
• Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

• Define and prioritize initiatives that drive product success and deliver measurable business value.

We are seeking a Principal Product Owner who will own the roadmap across Dynamics 365, Client Portal, JDE, Power Platform, integrations, reporting, and line-of-business applications, while partnering with stakeholders in Land Management, Energy Management, Specialty Assets, and Accounting. This role with partner with stakeholders, business leaders, users, and development teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and support company growth.
