Job summary

Farmers National Company is seeking a Principal Product Owner to own the roadmap across Dynamics 365, Client Portal, JDE, Power Platform, integrations, reporting, and line-of-business applications.

You will partner with stakeholders across Land Management, Energy Management, Specialty Assets, and Accounting to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale technology projects.
• Proven success driving product strategy and delivering solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and product management best practices.
• Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
