Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, product communications, or closely related roles.
• Experience developing product messaging frameworks and customer success narratives.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and executive presentation-building skills for senior leadership and external audiences.
• Proven ability translating complex technical concepts into clear, differentiated stories.
• Experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering to develop engaging storylines.
• Experience developing executive-level communications, including presentations and strategic narratives.
• Strong business acumen, translating objectives into executable programs and measurable outcomes.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop product messaging, executive presentations, and customer-facing content communicating OCI's capabilities and value.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to translate technical concepts into clear narratives.
• Ghostwrite executive-level communications for conferences, customer engagements, and briefings.
• Build cohesive product stories linking tech capabilities to customer outcomes and market opportunities.
• Lead high-visibility external engagements and strategic initiatives with senior leadership.
• Drive complex cross-functional programs, milestones, and deliverables across teams.
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority; align multiple organizations.
• Support AI initiatives and time-sensitive projects requiring strong judgment and execution.
• Utilize data and stakeholder feedback to strengthen messaging and program outcomes.
