Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks an experienced Product Strategy & Planning leader to define and drive the product portfolio for AI, servers, data centers, networking, telecom, and computing markets. You will partner with engineering, design and sales to shape strategy, build business cases, and ensure market requirements translate into successful products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Related field required; 15+ years in business development, field applications, marketing, or related roles.
• Understanding of power management applications and products.
• Experience in data center, servers, telecom, networking and/or computing markets.
• High energy, self-motivated and go-getter attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work with teams across multiple offices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with technology trends and emerging market needs to inform decisions.
• Develop comprehensive product documentation, training materials, application notes and errata.

Create customer-facing documentation that clearly communicates value proposition and differentiation

Requirements

• BSEE or related fields with 15+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing or related roles. MSEE or MBA is a plus.
• Understanding of power management applications and products.
• Experience in data center, servers, telecom, networking and/or computing markets.
• High energy, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills. Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise and effective way.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with teams located in multiple offices around the world.
