Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the HPAC product line to own the complete lifecycle of digital multiphase products, including controllers, smart power stages, and modules. You will set product visions, define market strategy, and lead cross-functional teams across the value chain.

Qualifications

  • BSEE or related fields with 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or product management of power semiconductor products.
  • Understanding of power management applications and products.
  • Proven success bringing multiple products to market and driving revenue growth
  • Deep experience in data center, server, cloud infrastructure, networking, telecom, or computing markets
  • Knowledge of power semiconductor market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitive landscape
  • High energy, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills. Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise and effective way.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with teams located in multiple offices around the world.
  • Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fast-paced environment.

Company Description

The High-Performance AI and Compute (HPAC) product line—part of the Performance Computing Power (PCP) division—develops high‑performance digital multiphase voltage regulator solutions for AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers, and emerging computing markets.


As Senior Product Manager for the HPAC product line, you will own the complete product lifecycle for a selected family of digital multiphase products. These include digital multiphase controllers, smart power stages and/or modules. You will establish product visions, define market strategy, champion customer needs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class power management products that set industry standards.


Job Description

Qualifications

BSEE or related fields with 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or product management of power semiconductor products. MSEE or MBA is a plus.
