Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation in Austin, TX, seeks a Product Marketing Manager for the HPAC product line to own the complete product lifecycle, from strategy to go-to-market, and to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and tech publishing.

You will craft market strategy, champion customer needs, develop compelling differentiators, and translate technical concepts into clear value propositions for AI, data centers, and compute markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field (15+ years in business development/field applications/marketing)
• Understanding of power management applications and products
• Experience in data center, servers, telecom, networking and/or computing markets
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to collaborate with teams across multiple offices worldwide

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for target markets (AI, servers, data centers, networking, telecom, computing)
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market dynamics to inform strategic positioning
• Develop business cases and market requirements documents for new product concepts
• Identify and recommend features to keep the portfolio cutting edge
• Partner with applications engineering, design, product engineering, and test engineering to develop and launch products
• Provide clear direction to the product development team with cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure alignment between engineering execution and market requirements
• Develop compelling sales collateral, customer presentations, and competitive analyses
• Create customer-facing documentation communicating value proposition and differentiation
• Manage pricing strategy, quotes, and cost structures for assigned products
• Collaborate with peer product managers to define integrated end-to-end solutions
• Stay current with technology trends and emerging market needs
• Work with distributed teams across global offices
• Develop comprehensive product documentation, training materials, application notes, and technical errata

Qualifications

• BSEE or related fields with 15+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing or related roles. MSEE or MBA is a plus.
• Understanding of power management applications and products.
• Experience in data center, servers, telecom, networking and/or computing markets.
• High energy, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills. Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise and effective way.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with teams located in multiple offices around the world.
• Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fast-paced environment.

The High-Performance AI and Compute (HPAC) product line—part of the Performance Computing Power (PCP) division—develops high-performance digital multiphase voltage regulator solutions for AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers, and emerging computing markets.

As Product Marketing Manager for the HPAC product line, you will own the complete product lifecycle for a family of power stage products.
