EMPLOYEE ROLE

Individual Contributor
The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and experienced individual to lead the business and go-to-market strategy for Creative Cloud SMB customers in our Digital and Phones segments. You will shape how we bring products to market, influence product strategy, and solve challenges for small teams around the world!

This is a high visibility and high-impact role. By bringing to bear keen business intuition and partnering with cross-functional teams, you will develop acquisition, expansion and retention strategies to ensure we hit in-quarter and in-year business targets. You will make Adobe.com the one-stop shop for small teams looking to purchase Creative Cloud, and build marketing strategies to encourage growth, usage and foster loyalty of this audience.

What you will do
  • Own Creative Cloud Business and Go-To-Market Strategy. Craft messaging, packaging, offer and launch plans for our Digital and Phones segments, to drive adoption and revenue growth.

  • Deeply Understand Customers. Lead customer and market research with SMB prospects to identify target audience needs, prioritize use cases, build messaging & positioning, inform business strategy, and guide product roadmaps, all while championing the voice of the customer.

  • Drive Business Impact. Identify and advocate for optimizations across the entire customer journey. Spearhead cross-functional initiatives that deliver non-linear business growth, and drive success against awareness and perception, site visits, trials and active use.

  • Develop Marketing Strategy. Develop discovery, acquisition, expansion and retention marketing strategies through analysis of existing journeys and understanding user behavior, including but not limited to industry-based marketing strategies for SMB prospects.

  • Lead With Influence. Act as a change agent to bring clarity and direction in a highly matrixed organization across GTM, Growth, Digital, Paid Media, Analytics, Finance and others. Ensure flawless execution of cross-channel campaigns, digital journey optimizations, conversion and engagement optimization across Adobe surfaces and other strategic SMB digital initiatives.

  • Communicate Effectively. Regularly engage with VP+ leadership to deliver insights (e.g. Quarterly Business Reviews), drive recommendations, and guide investment.

What you will need to succeed
  • 10+ years in product marketing or related strategic marketing role—preferably in creative or marketing SaaS.

  • Demonstrated experience owning and driving successful GTM strategy and execution for SMB customer segments.

  • Excellent storytelling, writing and communication skills – able to distill complex ideas into powerful and relevant customer-facing messaging.

  • Track record of influencing product roadmap based on customer/market insights, and data-driven analysis.

  • Proven experience managing through ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete data; demonstrated ability to assess tradeoffs, thoughtfully prioritize, and maintain a bias for action.

  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership, and ability to drive complex initiatives in matrixed environments, with marketing and product.

  • Familiarity with Creative Cloud solutions and creative processes a plus.

  • MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
