Job summary

Circle is building a more open global economy through digital assets, payments, and blockchain infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product areas within Circle’s Managed Payments, shaping capabilities for pay-ins, payouts, fiat endpoints, and transaction lifecycle management.

You will work with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and commercial teams to translate complex customer needs into clear priorities and deliver measurable improvements to how customers

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management for payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or complex B2B products.
• Experience owning vision, roadmaps, and execution for payment-related capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Legal, Treasury, or commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for managed pay-ins, payouts, fiat endpoints, conversion, and transaction lifecycle management.
• Define and launch capabilities expanding Managed Payments across regulated hubs, entities, and corridors.
• Shape simple experiences for accepting funds, converting value, and disbursing globally across rails.
• Improve onboarding, account setup, transaction visibility, reporting, and reconciliation workflows.
• Use data to identify friction, prioritize investments, and measure improvements in reliability and adoption.
• Evaluate opportunities to support new payment rails and digital assets based on demand and regulatory needs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Legal, Treasury, BD, and Product.
