Job summary
Availity is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Provider Data Management (PDM) and Symphony portfolios. This remote-first role leads a data-centric product organization, shaping roadmaps and driving value for health plans, providers, and healthcare organizations across the US.
You will partner with Engineering and Implementation to accelerate delivery, improve onboarding, and scale practices across the product line, while ensuring discipline and operational rigor in execution.
Qualifications
- 10 years in leadership role managing product teams.
- Experience with data ingestion, validation, enrichment, governance, and master data management concepts.
- Experience in healthcare technology, health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the Provider Data Management (PDM) and Symphony product portfolios and roadmap.
- Develop and mentor world-class product management teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize work and remove delivery bottlenecks.
- Partner with Implementation to improve onboarding and reduce deployment time.
- Define and track product metrics, outcomes, and customer value.
