Job summary

DataSpring is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the Provider Directory product and domain, shaping strategy, roadmap, and commercial model for growth across health plans and the Universal Provider Data asset.

You will partner with UX, Technology, Data Science, and delivery teams to translate market needs into concepts, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive adoption and revenue growth in a remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

10+ years in product management, strategy, or healthcare data solutions.
Experience managing provider directory data at scale and ensuring data quality.
Strong financial modeling, ROI analysis, and business case development.
Ability to translate market needs into roadmap and requirements.
Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

Own Provider Directory product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle end-to-end.
Identify market opportunities; build business cases; guide investment decisions.
Align strategy with regulatory mandates, data governance, and interoperability.
Validate concepts with advisory groups, customers, and industry stakeholders.
Secure funding and resourcing; drive delivery with cross-functional teams.
